  • Online Application Form All applicants must complete and save the online application form in English with all of the needed information.

  • For school credentials in the language of the chosen study programme or in Hungarian, scanned copies of the original certificates and their translations are required.
  • A scanned copy of the original secondary school graduation certificate or its equivalent, together with its translation, is required for Bachelor level full-time programmes.
  • Full-time master’s programmes at this level require both a scanned copy of the original bachelor degree certificate or its equivalent and a translation of it.
  • Scan copies of the original secondary school diploma or an equivalent document are further required for one-tier master level full-time degrees in addition to the translation.
  • The original master’s degree certificate or its equivalent must be scanned and translated for doctoral level programmes.
  • The secondary school graduation certificate must be scanned and translated for non-degree preparation programmes in Hungarian.
  • For non-degree specialisation programmes, the hosting universities ask that candidates submit a scanned copy of their diploma along with any necessary translations.
  • Applicants must submit a scanned copy of the original certificate identifying their student status issued by their present higher education institution, together with its translations, for partial study courses at all levels.
  • Only if the original document is not in English or the chosen study program’s chosen language, translations are needed.
  • The Transcript of Records and any translations should be made available in either Hungarian or the language of the selected study programme.
  • All completed academic semesters or school years from prior studies must be provided, along with a copy of the original transcript of records.

  • Health Certification
  • Any medical certificate of good health issued by a doctor on or after November 15, 2021, must be submitted as a scanned copy. The certificate shall attest to the absence of any epidemic conditions or diseases like AIDS, Hepatitis A, B, or C.
  • The applicant must get a signed medical certificate from a doctor attesting to their lack of any epidemic ailments, such as AIDS, Hepatitis A, B, or C, no sooner than 15 November 2021. A scanned copy of this certificate must be supplied.
